Notes
- Please purchase a ticket for the number of people who will be using it at the same time. Tickets purchased for multiple people cannot be used separately. (A ticket for 2 people cannot be used as a ticket for 1 person x 2 times.)
- Tickets must be activated no later than 90 days from the date of purchase, including the date of purchase.
- When you get off the bus, "Activate" your ticket and then show the ticket screen to the driver.
- Note that your ticket will be visible on your smartphone for only 5 minutes after you press the Activate button.
- Partial refunds cannot be issued for a ticket that was purchased for multiple people.
- A fee of 200 yen is required per refund per person. (200 yen x number of people)
- Use of this ticket requires an Internet connection.
