Notes
- Please purchase a ticket for the number of people who will be using it at the same time. Multiple tickets purchased at the same time cannot be used separately. (A ticket for 2 people cannot be used as a ticket for 1 person x 2 times.)
- Tickets must be activated no later than 90 days from the date of purchase, including the date of purchase.
- When you board the bus, "Activate" your ticket and then show the screen to the driver.
- Note that your ticket will be visible on your smartphone for only 5 minutes after you press the Activate button.
- Refunds will be given only if the purchased ticket has not been used or has been used once and is within the start date of use.
- The refund amount is the amount remaining after deducting the regular fare already used and 100 yen per person from the amount released.
- Partial refunds cannot be issued for a ticket that was purchased for multiple people.
- Limousine buses are unreserved seating only.
- Departure times from Hiroshima Airport are subject to change depending on aircraft arrival conditions.
- Use of this ticket requires an Internet connection.
